Göteborg International Biennial for Contemporary Art (GIBCA) is a recurring contemporary art initiative held biennially in Gothenburg, Sweden. Commencing in 2001, GIBCA has firmly positioned itself as one of Sweden's significant art gatherings, and is recognised internationally as an exploratory and site-dedicated biennial.
GIBCA has a very fluid identity that changes with every new edition. The twelfth edition, titled 'Forms of the Surrounding Futures,' is specifically designed to be adaptable across various media outlets, whether in print or digitally.
